Little Pieces of Lights was recently featured as an InterNations Featured Blog. They interviewed me about my blog and life in Paris, which you can read more about here. I think the hardest part about the interview was sharing one of my embarrassing expat moments (of which there are plenty, I assure you!). It took me days to figure out what I could share without looking completely silly.
Whilst you're stopping by InterNations' featured blogs, make sure to check out the interviews for fellow Paris friends and bloggers, such as Kirsten from Un Homme et Une Femme, Edna from Expat Edna, and Melissa from Prête-Moi Paris!

You are doing a great way marketing this blog! I read your interview at Expat Blogs and loved it, lots of cute anecdotes.

Thank you! Sydney is an amazing city to have on your list - I have not yet visited and really want to! And I'm like you with London at the moment - I am there nearly once a month as my partner lives there half the time.
ReplyDeleteThis was so good to read. I just had my first experience with the medical establishment here and was so terribly confused! Glad you found my blog through HiP and now that I've found yours...
ReplyDeleteThank you, Claire! So happy that I found your blog as well :)

Thank you for your kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed the articles!
ReplyDeleteMilsters! That was such a sweet interview. So fun to learn more about you. Those French doctors are brutal!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! The French doctor that time was pretty tough, but I must say, I've been quite impressed with the French medical system overall. I've had to have a few surgeries over the last 2 years in France and they have all gone very smoothly! The doctors and the nurses alike are top quality, and often very kind and gentle. And the same goes for my experience today. I had a minor surgery and despite a minor complication, it went well overall, and all the doctors and nurses who treated me were wonderful.

ReplyDeleteThe bit about the French doctor made me laugh out loud! This was another great interview Milsters - looks like year 2 is going to be a blast for this blog!
